HDC Housing Communities
RENTAL HOUSING
HDC has developed ten rental housing projects that provide 456 affordable apartments to residents of Washington County and Columbia County. Because of the funding sources, some of our apartments are for farmworkers, some are for low income. In addition we always have new projects under development.
We have 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments.
HDC residents are employed by dozens of area nurseries, vineyards and farm operators, all of whom benefit from HDC's work because they are better able to retain qualified employees. HDC's apartments provide housing for more than 2200 people in Forest Grove, Cornelius, Hillsboro and Aloha in Washington County. Community leaders and our residents say our units set high standards for clean, safe, appealing, affordable housing.

Cornelius Park has 24 units designed for larger farmworker families. It has a park-like setting with mature trees and lawns conveniently located close to jobs, services, schools, churches, mass transit, Centro Cultural and the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center. Cornelius Park will soon have a new community center, community garden, high speed wireless internet, and accessibility improvements.
